Le crystal restaurant, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. Our room looked out at the Ping River which was a plus...
No negatives from this place.

Located right on the river, the resort provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city. Guests have enjoyed the stunning view of the river, especially during the night when there is a full moon. The resort is also conveniently close to the center of Chiang Mai, only a 10-minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds that have been praised by guests. Additionally, the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing prompt service and assisting with various needs. Guests have also enjoyed the breakfast options, including fresh juice and a variety of choices from the à la carte menu.
Despite the peaceful location by the river, some guests have experienced noise disturbances from the busy local road on the other side of the resort.

Serene and Relaxing Experience
We loved our stay at this riverside retreat. It was a bit of a challenge for our drivers to find, but once we arrived, it was worth it. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful river views made for an extraordinary experience. The service was exceptional, and the prices were reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at the onsite cafe/bistro, where the talented chef put a lot of care into the dishes. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. we would highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and memorable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Chiang Mai, providing easy access to the city's attractions and night markets. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the river. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options, including a must-try waffle breakfast burger. Additionally, the staff is friendly and always ready to assist.
The restaurant in the hotel occasionally experiences shortages in menu options, leading to some disappointment among guests.

The hotel had a great swimming pool that my children absolutely loved. They even offered to drive us to a nearby restaurant in the scorching heat after we checked out. Additionally, the breakfast offered was cooked to order, which minimized wastage that usually occurs in buffet-style breakfasts.
The rooms were a bit disappointing. They appeared dated and in need of refurbishment, especially the wooden cupboards in the bathroom and bedroom.

The view was great and the pool was clean. the room we got was spacious and it had a nice balcony. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with many options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was far from the city center, and transportation was quite expensive. the noise from the street was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night and enjoy the balcony during the day.

The room service and breakfast options were fantastic, and the dining room was well presented. The premier suite offered beautiful views of the river and mountains. The location was very peaceful, yet only a short drive to the center of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the helpful front desk staff to the excellent housekeeping service. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, were also top-notch.
Could not be improved in any way.

The pool was nice and refreshing in the hot weather, and the breakfast had a good selection of items, including fresh juice. The location was outside the city, which was great for a quiet weekend away.
The rooms seemed a bit rundown and could use some updating. The noise from the nearby road was also quite loud, making it difficult to relax.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the river in a peaceful neighborhood. It's only a short drive to the city center, so we were able to explore easily. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially EEM at the reception. She really made our stay more enjoyable.
In terms of cons, the only downside was that there is a street in front of the hotel, so occasionally there was some noise from passing cars. However, overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
